Electro Voice APD4+ Description:

The APD4+ provides diversity antenna and power connections for up to four RE-2, RE-2PRO, or RE-1 CSR-1000 receivers. By cascading the APD4+ up to 16 channels of receive can be run from just two antennas. With the CDR-1000 RE-1 Dual receiver up 24 channels of receive can be run from two antennas and just one APD4+. All unused antenna outputs must be terminated with a TP-2 termination plug.

Electro Voice APD4+ Features:

• Internal switching power supply
• Green LED On Indicator on front panel
• Can be cascaded with more splitters to supply more receivers.
• The APD4+ Amplified Antenna Splitter makes it possible to operate four UHF wire less diversity microphone receivers on four separate frequencies using only two antennas.
• It also features a high degree of output isolation; a necessity in multi-frequency systems to prevent intermodulation. The APD4+ Splitter is compatible with Electro-Voice and Telex UHF diversity wireless receivers.
• The APD4+ is equipped with TNC type connectors. Low loss coaxial cables are also supplied for splitter to receiver antenna jack connections. The APD4+ has an internal power supply. Power out jacks and cables are provided to supply up to four receivers thus eliminating excess power supply clutter.
• Rack panel mounting "ears" al low the APD4+ to be mounted in a standard 19-inch equipment rack. "Knock outs" in the ears al low front connection of antenna cables.
• A new feature on the APD4+ is optional DC power on the antenna input jacks to provide power for the UAA-500 low noise UHF antenna amplifier. The UAA-500 can be used to make up for signal losses in long runs of coaxial cable.
• An integrated switching power supply offers worldwide compatibility with the appropriate IEC connecting cord.
